The console versions, however, have not received the same amount of positive feedback, due to the lack of updates and support. I like to live dangerously and use the mods during events, other than the tab-crash and crashing on loading into heist (both are already patched although their might be a new one where when you take damage on safehouse raid you crash) it's worked relatively fine, granted one of the crashes was legitimitely game breaking but a workaround temp fix was found then Kamikaze pushed a hotfix that re-enabled tabstats so that's good, and the other one I haven't been able to confirm yet.PAYDAY 2 is a co-operative first-person shooter action game developed by Overkill Software and the successor to PAYDAY: The Heist. I don't consider them cheating, but having used WolfHUD for the last 300 hours, suddenly not having it thanks to CrimeFest has really thrown me for a loop, lol.
Also comes with a lot of nice features like turning on laser sights automatically, swapping turrets to AP rounds if you have the skill upon placing them, and allowing you to just tap the Interact Key instead of holding it for the purpose of using stuff (like answering pagers, and picking 45 second locks on safes) WolfHUD is pretty close to vanilla in terms of what it adds and the interface, so if that's your kind of thing, then WolfHUD is for you. I can personally vouch for WolfHUD, although I hear SydneyHUD is decent as well. I'm like a Jedi without his Force powers right now, I feel COMPLETELY NAKED only without the refreshingly invigorating cool breeze around all my sensitive parts, if you know what I mean.ĭon't think you'll get kicked or banned for using a HUD though. It's definitely not playing how the game was intended, that's for sure.
